Robing and Photography: Upon arrival, you'll proceed to the robing area to don your academic attire. Professional photographers will be available to capture your portrait in full regalia.

Processional Entry: Graduates will assemble and process into the ceremonial hall, marking the commencement of the ceremony.

Award Presentation: As the ceremony progresses, each graduate will be called by name to receive their award from the chief guest, symbolizing the official conferral of your degree.

Mortarboard Toss and Group Photograph: Following the formal proceedings, there will be a traditional mortarboard tossing ceremony, culminating in a group photograph to commemorate the occasion.

Refreshments and Socializing: The event will conclude with a reception offering music and refreshments, providing an opportunity for graduates and their guests to celebrate together.

You will be able to bring two guests to the ceremony. Children below the age of 5 are not allowed. Each guest ticket will cost £30. This will include the price for their drink and food.

UK Versity hosts graduation ceremony twice a year. If you have paid for the ceremony and unable to attend, you can attend the next ceremony. You will need to inform the graduation team by writing to graduation@ukversity.co.uk

The pictures and video of the ceremony is generally available the next day. You will be able to get picture frames and pictures from the photographers and the details of the same can be taken from a member of staff or by writing to graduation@ukversity.co.uk

You can free to take any many pictures yourself using your camera or phone

The robe hire costs £30 and will include robe, tissel, mortor and cowl.

On average, ceremonies will last between 120 minutes. Individuals with larger cohorts may endure for up to two hours.

There is plenty of parking at the venue, generally for 200 cars and it is free.
