The ATHE Level 6 Diploma in Healthcare Management is a 120-credit qualification for those aiming to hold managerial roles in the healthcare sector. It gives learners a deep understanding of the principles of healthcare management, including healthcare policy, finance, organisational behaviour and human resources, and develops the strategic thinking, leadership, critical thinking and ethical decision-making needed to manage healthcare services.
This qualification is graded Pass or Fail.

Entry Requirements
• Learners typically need to have completed an ATHE Level 5 Diploma in a relevant field, or hold an equivalent international qualification.
• A solid foundation in management principles, ideally in a healthcare context.
• Proficiency in English, as coursework and assessments are in English.
• Prior work experience in healthcare or management is helpful but not essential.
Certification
The Diploma is issued by ATHE, the awarding organisation. Courses 4U Limited (Number 9073) is an accredited and approved delivery centre for ATHE qualifications.

Progressions
Successful completion of the ATHE Level 6 Diploma in Healthcare Management provides learners the opportunity for academic progression to relevant ATHE Level 7 qualifications, such as the ATHE Level 7 Diploma in Healthcare Management, or for career progression into healthcare management roles.
Assessment
• Assignment drafts must be submitted within 1 week of the completion of the unit delivery by the lecturer.
• Submission is to be emailed to learnerwork@course4u.co.uk
• All submissions are to be done in Word Format
• You should receive an automated response that the assignment has been received
• Lecturers provide feedback within 2 weeks of submission of the draft
• Please ensure that assignment declarations are submitted with the assignments.

Step 1: Complete the Online Enrolment form
Kindly upload - Proof of identity (Passport or Photo Drivers Licence), previous qualifications, CV and work experience letters if applicable for exemption or Recognition for Prior Learning (RPL).
Step 2: Course 4 U will issue a Conditional Offer Letter
The offer letter has details of the Bank payment and how to make payment online via the secure sage pay system.
Step 3: Registration with awarding organisation
As the registration process is completed, several emails to set up the course logins will be sent within the hour.
Step 4: Online Induction
Induction, course discussion and demonstration to Learner Management System (LMS)
