The objective of the OTHM Level 6 Diploma in Business Management is to provide learners with an excellent foundation for a career in a range of organisations. It is designed to ensure that each learner is 'business ready': a confident, independent thinker with a detailed knowledge of business and management and the skills to adapt rapidly to change.
The content focuses on leadership and people management, strategic human resource management, operations management, sustainable business practice and financial decision making, as well as the business research skills expected of a manager.

The OTHM Level 6 Diploma in Business Management is made up of 6 mandatory units, a total of 120 credits (1200 hours Total Qualification Time).

Entry Requirements
This qualification is designed for learners typically aged 18 and above. You are likely to have at least one of the following:
• A relevant NQF/QCF/RQF Level 5 Diploma qualification
• Mature learners (over 21) with relevant management experience (please check with us before registering)
• If you are not from a majority English-speaking country, you must provide evidence of English language competency (see the English Language Expectations page on the OTHM website).
Certification
The Diploma is issued by OTHM, the awarding organisation. Courses 4U Limited (Number DC2009448) is an accredited and approved delivery centre for OTHM qualifications.
OTHM issues e-certificates, which can be verified online. If you need a paper copy, you can order one through the OTHM Digital Certificate Web Portal (an extra fee and courier cost apply).
Progressions
Successful completion of the OTHM Level 6 Diploma in Business Management gives you the opportunity for a wide range of academic progression, including relevant OTHM Level 7 diplomas. As this qualification is approved and regulated by Ofqual, you are eligible for direct entry into relevant master's degree programmes. Assessment
• Assignment drafts must be submitted within 1 week of the completion of the unit delivery by the lecturer.
• Submission is to be emailed to learnerwork@course4u.co.uk
• All submissions are to be done in Word Format
• You should receive an automated response that the assignment has been received
• Lecturers provide feedback within 2 weeks of submission of the draft
• Please ensure that assignment declarations are submitted with the assignments.

Enrolment Process
Step 1: Complete the Online Enrolment form
Kindly upload - Proof of identity (Passport or Photo Drivers Licence), previous qualifications, CV and work experience letters if applicable for exemption or Recognition for Prior Learning (RPL).
Step 2: Course 4 U will issue a Conditional Offer Letter
The offer letter has details of the Bank payment and how to make payment online via the secure sage pay system.
Step 3: Registration with awarding organisation
As the registration process is completed, several emails to set up the course logins will be sent within the hour.
Step 4: Online Induction
Induction, course discussion and demonstration to Learner Management System (LMS)
