The objective of the OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership is to develop strategic management and leadership skills for managers who have the authority and personal attributes to translate organisational strategy into effective operational performance. The qualification reflects current practice and is suitable for mature learners with a background in academic study or industry. It has a clear work-related emphasis on practical skills development alongside theoretical fundamentals.

Entry Requirements
For entry onto this qualification, you must have:
• An honours degree in a related subject, a UK Level 6 diploma or an equivalent overseas qualification, or
• Management experience as a mature learner (please check with us before registering)
• You must be 21 or older at the start of the course
• If you are not from a majority English-speaking country, you must provide evidence of English language competency (see the English Language Expectations page on the OTHM website).
Certification
The Diploma is issued by OTHM, the awarding organisation. Courses 4U Limited (Number DC2009448) is an accredited and approved delivery centre for OTHM qualifications.
OTHM issues e-certificates, which can be verified online. If you need a paper copy, you can order one through the OTHM Digital Certificate Web Portal (an extra fee and courier cost apply).
Progressions
Successful completion of the OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership enables you to progress into or within employment, and to join the MBA Advanced Entry route at London Graduate School. As this qualification is approved and regulated by Ofqual, you are also eligible to progress to an MBA top-up with advanced standing at many universities in the UK and overseas. Assessment
• Assignment drafts must be submitted within 1 week of the completion of the unit delivery by the lecturer.
• Submission is to be emailed to learnerwork@course4u.co.uk
• All submissions are to be done in Word Format
• You should receive an automated response that the assignment has been received
• Lecturers provide feedback within 2 weeks of submission of the draft
• Please ensure that assignment declarations are submitted with the assignments.

Kindly upload - Proof of identity (Passport or Photo Drivers Licence), previous qualifications, CV and work experience letters if applicable for exemption or Recognition for Prior Learning (RPL).

The offer letter has details of the Bank payment and how to make payment online via the secure sage pay system.
Step 3: Registration with awarding organisation
As the registration process is completed, several emails to set up the course logins will be sent within the hour.
