1. The Offer
Course 4U Limited ("Courses 4U", "C4U", "we", "us") will match the like-for-like advertised price of any eligible Ofqual-regulated qualification offered by an eligible UK competitor centre, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
The offer applies to enrolment fees only. Awarding body registration, certification, exam and re-sit fees are charged separately and are not subject to the price match.

2. Offer Period
The Price Match Guarantee runs from 8 June 2026 at 00:01 BST to 30 June 2026 at 23:59 BST inclusive (the "Offer Period"). Price match claims must be submitted, verified and the enrolment completed within the Offer Period.

3. Eligible Courses
The price match applies to any qualification delivered by Courses 4U from the following awarding bodies, at RQF Levels 3 to 7:

ATHE (Awards for Training and Higher Education)
OTHM Qualifications

Only qualifications listed in the Courses 4U course catalogue as available for self-funded enrolment during the Offer Period are eligible. The full catalogue is published at courses4u.in.

4. What "Like-for-Like" Means
A competing course qualifies as like-for-like only if it meets all of the following:

Same awarding body as the Courses 4U course (e.g. ATHE vs ATHE; OTHM vs OTHM). Equivalent qualifications across different awarding bodies are not eligible.
Identical qualification title and full Ofqual qualification reference number.
Same RQF level and same total qualification credits.
Same delivery mode — blended online learning (a combination of self-paced online study materials and live online tutor sessions delivered via Zoom or equivalent).
Delivered by a UK-based provider that is a directly approved centre of the relevant awarding body and is registered on the UK Register of Learning Providers (UKRLP).
The competitor's price quoted must be the standard advertised price for an individual self-funded learner, not a group, corporate, employer-sponsored, or bursary-discounted rate.
Inclusive of the same core entitlements as the Courses 4U offer: full tutor support throughout the qualification, assignment marking and feedback, learner portal access, and certification on successful completion.


5. Evidence Required
To submit a claim, you must provide all of the following:

A dated written quote, email, invoice, or screenshot of the competitor's published course price, clearly showing the competitor's name, the course title, the awarding body, the qualification reference number, the price, and the date the price was advertised.
The evidence must be no more than 14 days old at the point of claim submission.
A link to the live course page on the competitor's website, or to the competitor's advertised listing on a third-party platform that meets the eligibility criteria in clause 6.

Courses 4U reserves the right to contact the competitor directly to verify the price and the course terms. Claims based on prices that cannot be independently verified will not be honoured.

6. Eligible Competitor Sources
Prices used as the basis of a claim must be advertised by:

Another UK-based, awarding-body-approved centre's own website, or
A listing on a recognised UK course aggregator platform (for example Reed Courses, Findcourses.co.uk, Hotcourses, FindAUniversity, Coursesonline, FindCourses.co.uk) by an awarding-body-approved provider.

The following are not eligible as a basis for a price match:

Prices from peer-to-peer marketplaces, auction sites, eBay, Facebook Marketplace, or classifieds.
Prices from group buying, voucher, or daily-deal sites such as Groupon or Wowcher.
Promotional, flash-sale, time-limited (under 14 days), or one-off discounted prices.
Discount or coupon code prices, employee or affiliate rates.
Government-funded provision, including Advanced Learner Loans, Free Courses for Jobs, Individual Learning Accounts (ILAs), Student Finance England, or any other publicly funded route.
Prices from providers who are not directly approved centres of the relevant awarding body (e.g. franchise resellers, sub-contracted delivery partners, or unaccredited aggregators).
Prices quoted in foreign currency or by providers based outside the United Kingdom.


7. Excluded Courses
The following are excluded from the Courses 4U Price Match Guarantee:

Qualifications at RQF Level 8 (doctoral-level programmes).
Bespoke, in-company, or corporate training contracts.
Qualifications that require in-person attendance, physical workplace assessment, or supervised practical placements.
Any course not listed in the Courses 4U self-funded enrolment catalogue at courses4u.in during the Offer Period.


8. VAT and the Matched Price
The price match is calculated on the ex-VAT enrolment price only. Courses 4U will compare its own ex-VAT price against the competitor's ex-VAT price.
No VAT is added to the matched price. Courses 4U's courses4u.in enrolments are not subject to UK VAT. The matched price shown is the total price payable.
If the competitor's advertised price is shown as VAT-inclusive, Courses 4U will calculate the ex-VAT equivalent for the comparison.

9. Payment Terms

The matched price must be paid in full at the point of enrolment.
Instalment plans, deferred payment plans, Klarna, PayPal Pay-in-3, and any other split-payment options are not available on price-matched enrolments.
Payment may be made by debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro) or by bank transfer to Courses 4U's nominated account.
Enrolment is confirmed on receipt of cleared funds.


10. No Refunds
Price-matched enrolments are non-refundable. Once the matched enrolment is paid and confirmed, the learner is not entitled to a refund, partial or full, including in the event of voluntary withdrawal, non-completion, or change of mind.
This clause does not affect any statutory rights that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to a refund where the service is not provided as described. Where the law provides a 14-day statutory cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, that right is waived by the learner once Courses 4U begins the supply of the service (i.e. provides learner portal access and study materials), with the learner's express consent given at enrolment.

11. Combinability
The Price Match Guarantee cannot be combined with any other Courses 4U offer, discount, bursary, scholarship, voucher, referral credit, or promotional code. Only one offer applies per enrolment.

12. One Claim per Learner per Qualification
Each individual learner may make one successful price match claim per qualification. Multiple claims across different qualifications are permitted, subject to clauses 3 to 11.

13. How to Claim
Submit a price match claim by:

Calling Courses 4U on 0161 273 4754 (Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:00 BST), or
Messaging on WhatsApp +44 7484 361 688, or
Emailing accounts@course4u.co.uk with subject line "Price Match Claim — [Course Name]" and attaching the evidence required under clause 5.

Courses 4U will acknowledge receipt within one working day and confirm acceptance or rejection of the claim within two working days, subject to verification. If the claim is accepted, an enrolment link with the matched price applied will be sent to the learner for payment. The enrolment must be completed within seven calendar days of acceptance or by 30 June 2026, whichever is earlier.

14. Courses 4U's Rights
Courses 4U reserves the right to:

Verify any price, course content, awarding body approval status, tutor qualifications and competitor centre approval before honouring a claim.
Refuse any claim where the evidence is incomplete, suspected to be fraudulent, or where verification cannot be completed.
Refuse any claim where honouring it would cause Courses 4U to deliver the course below cost or otherwise at unsustainable commercial terms.
Amend, suspend or withdraw the Price Match Guarantee at any time, with effect from the date of publication on courses4u.in. Any claim submitted and acknowledged before withdrawal will be honoured under the terms in force at the time of submission.


15. Limitation
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Courses 4U's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to that, Courses 4U's total liability arising out of or in connection with the Price Match Guarantee is limited to the price paid by the learner for the price-matched enrolment.

16. Data Protection
Any personal data submitted as part of a price match claim is processed in accordance with Courses 4U's Privacy Policy, available at courses4u.in/privacy. Competitor pricing evidence submitted by claimants may be retained for the purposes of audit, ASA compliance, and dispute resolution for a period of up to 24 months.

17. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and the Price Match Guarantee are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with this offer, subject to any non-waivable rights a consumer may have under their local law.
Any complaints relating to the advertising of this offer may be referred to the Advertising Standards Authority (asa.org.uk). Any consumer complaint relating to Courses 4U's services may be referred to Courses 4U in the first instance via accounts@course4u.co.uk.

18. Acceptance
Submission of a price match claim constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in full.
